Around the age of 20 and until the 1980s, I was involved in various disciplines: figurative or abstract oil painting, drawing, charcoal etc.During the period 1980-2000, I practised discovering the hidden beauty of things, of ordinary life objects, by extracting material elements (printed circuits, electronic elements, machine elements, etc.) all diverted from their initial function and by orchestrating them aesthetically in such a way as to dilute their material reality in art, diverting the concrete towards the imaginary, as I conceive it. This is the subject of numerous bas-reliefs, collages and montages.
From 2000 to today, in addition to a certain number of photographic works, I have refocused on abstract painting (mainly acrylic), working particularly on shapes, colours and their harmony, always with a constant concern for aesthetics, in the line of geometric abstraction and neo-platicism stemming from the Cubist grid.
